Ordering Tests

Can I add on an additional test after a blood sample has been taken?

This depends on the status of the sample. Please call us at 62789188 as soon as possible so that we can conduct the relevant checks on whether we can assist you with the request.

Can test profiles be customised for my clinic?

Yes, if a profile you are looking for is not an existing profile listed in our lab services guide, please email pls_marketing@parkway.sg so that we can specially tailor profiles to cater to your needs.

Do you have laboratory services after opening hours?

While we only accept samples during outpatient lab opening hours, samples continue to be processed after hours. For inpatient specimens after openings hours, samples will be sent through the Accident & Emergency department. Additional charges will apply.
