ISO 9002:1994 Quality System Certification, audited and awarded by the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (PSB) to Gleneagles Hospital Laboratory during 1995-1999.

ISO 9002:1994 Quality System Certification (re-certification), audited and awarded by the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (PSB) to Parkway Laboratory Services (comprising laboratories located at East Shore Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital and Henderson) during 1999-2002.
