Dr Tan See Leng

Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Dr Tan See Leng, 45, was appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director on 16 April 2010 and leads all operational activities within the Parkway Group. Dr Tan See Leng has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Dr Tan first joined Parkway in September 2004 as Chief Operating Officer of Mount Elizabeth Hospital. He was subsequently appointed Senior Vice President, International Operations in November 2006 and was later seconded to Pantai Holdings Berhad as Chief Executive Officer of the Hospitals Division, a position he held till February 2008. Prior to joining Parkway, Dr Tan had served as Medical Director and Consultant to various government and private medical groups. Between 1992 and 2002, he successfully established the Healthway Medical Group. He holds a Bachelor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) as well as a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) from the National University of Singapore. In addition, Dr Tan has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago GSB.

 

Dr Lim Suet Wun

Executive Vice President, Singapore Operations

Dr Lim has over 25 years of leadership experience in the public healthcare sector. Prior to joining Parkway, Dr Lim was the Group CEO of National Healthcare Group (NHG) and CEO of Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Since January 2011, Dr Lim became the first non-American Chairman of Board of Directors of the Joint Commission International (JCI).

 
 

Ahmad Shahizam

Executive Director of Corporate Services

Ahmad Shahizam, 39, is the Executive Director of Corporate Services. He heads Parkway’s Corporate Services and is responsible for leading all corporate functions of the Group including Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal & Risk Management, Corporate Communications, Strategic Planning and Construction.

Prior to joining Parkway, Ahmad was Director, Investments of Khazanah Nasional Berhad where he was responsible for all investments in the healthcare and power sectors. He first joined Khazanah Nasional Berhad in 2004 as Special Officer to the Managing Director before taking on the role of Head, Communications & External Relations where he was the key spokesperson for Khazanah in all media, investor and external engagement channels. In that capacity he was also responsible for Khazanah's communications strategy for media, investor, government and stakeholder relations.

Ahmad graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Laws and he also holds a Master in Public Administration from Harvard University.

 

Tan See Haw

Group Chief Financial Officer

Tan See Haw, 53, is the Group Chief Financial Officer. He heads the Group's Finance Division. Prior to joining Parkway, See Haw was the Vice President of IT and Supply Chain of Unisem (M) Bhd, overseeing the IT and supply chain functions for all of Unisem’s worldwide operations. Concurrently, he was also the Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Interconnect Technologies (AIT), a position which he held since 1999. Before joining AIT, See Haw held key financial positions for major corporations such as Asia Pacific Breweries Ltd (Director of Group Finance) and Pepsi-Cola International (Asia Division Financial Controller). See Haw graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from the former Singapore University in 1980. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

 

June Tay

Company Secretary and Senior Vice President, Legal & Risk

June Tay, 55, is the Company Secretary and Senior Vice President, Legal & Risk. June is responsible for legal and corporate secretarial matters as well as risk management for Parkway and its group of companies. June joined Parkway Properties Pte Ltd in May 1981 as its Corporate Legal Officer and has been the Company Secretary of Parkway since 1985. June graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Singapore.

 

Ann Yong

Senior Vice President, People Resource

Ann Yong, 56, is the Senior Vice President, People Resource. Ann is responsible for the Group’s human resource, talent management, compensation & rewards management and employee engagement functions. Prior to joining Parkway, Ann was Global HR Director with Parlex Electronics, a USA based electronic firm in Shanghai. She was Regional HR Director with IPACS/NCS from 2000 to 2006. Between the period 1993-1999, Ann was leading the human resource function for Allen & Gledhill and Motorola Electronics (Tianjin). Ann graduated with a Bachelor degree in Government & Public Administration from the former Nanyang University and holds a Master of Science in Asia Pacific Human Resource Management from the National University of Singapore.

 

Fong Choon Khin

Senior Vice President, IT / Chief Information Officer

Fong Choon Khin, 52, is the Senior Vice President, IT / Chief Information Officer. Choon Khin has more than 28 years of working experience in the IT industry, of which 7 years are in the healthcare field. Before joining Parkway, Choon Khin was with the SingHealth Group. Prior to that, he had worked for corporations which include Media Corporation of Singapore, Transit Link, Computer Systems Advisers Pte Ltd in Singapore. Choon Khin graduated with a degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore in 1981 and obtained his Master degree in Health Service Management from The Flinders University of South Australia in 2005.

 

Raju Narayan

Division President, South Asia & Middle East Operations

Raju Narayan, 43, is the Division President, South Asia & Middle East Operations. Raju has over 19 years of experience in healthcare and hospital management in India and in Singapore. Prior to joining Parkway, Raju had worked with both government and private healthcare facilities in Singapore, such as Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Changi General Hospital, and Raffles Hospital, in various senior management positions. Raju serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Parkway’s Joint Ventures in India and is a key member of the Group’s International Operations management team providing services for setting up and managing new healthcare facilities across South Asia and Middle East regions. Raju has an Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications (Specialising in Biomedical Instrumentation) from India.
